Salary

We offer a competitive remuneration package to our Agricultural Branch Manager, including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description

As an Agricultural Branch Manager, you will lead and drive the performance of our Kilmore branch, focusing on developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to support the real estate, sale of agriculture products, and merchandise.



You will mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm. Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch, ensuring products are delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs, is also a key responsibility.



Your role will involve managing safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for implementing improvements in all areas of store operations and developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products. You will be self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.
