About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will focus on developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to support the sale of agricultural products and merchandise. The successful candidate will mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to clients both in-store and on-farm.

Key responsibilities include oversight of supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered in full and on time, in line with inventory KPIs. Additionally, the role will involve managing safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.

About You:

We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual with strong sales and business acumen, and a proven track record in sales of agricultural products. The ideal candidate will be able to develop solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders, and identify opportunities to develop new business.
