About the Role

This role will provide leadership and strategic direction for the integrated operation, management, and performance of our Regional business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective design, maintenance, and administration of above and below rail services, as well as regional network infrastructure, maintenance, and construction.

The role will also involve overseeing the management and operation of passenger services, crewing, and customer service to ensure continuous provision of efficient, reliable, and high-level service operation for commuters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and excellence in Regional operations.

Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of services.

Oversee the effective design, maintenance, and administration of above and below rail services.

Ensure the effective management and operation of passenger services, crewing, and customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
