This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new boutique in Perth, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the store's success.

  • Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Ensure personal and store sales targets are being met
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Conduct daily security stock counts and undertake routine tasks as directed
  • Stock maintenance, cleaning, and store housekeeping
  • Track performance statistics and stay up-to-date with training and knowledge development
  • Daily merchandising, including set-up, stock rotation, and display concepts

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven retail experience (luxury industry a plus)
