General Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Werribee & Western Automotive Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our new and used car departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets and maximize gross profit.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure effective sales and marketing alignment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
