Seeking a skilled professional to manage employee relations matters, handle grievances and disputes, provide guidance and support on case management processes, advise and assess ER/IR matters, conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports on findings, and develop and deliver training sessions on workplace policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in human resources, industrial relations or a related field is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively is required.
