About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Seventeen Mile Rocks. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure high-quality care and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive, safe, and responsive to the needs of all children.
  • Work closely with the Educational Leader to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide initiatives and projects that promote excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
