Project Lead - Infrastructure Development

The role of Project Lead - Infrastructure Development involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects or programs, including planning, procurement, public works submissions, construction and commissioning phases.

You will be responsible for leading project teams and delivering high-quality advice and outcomes under pressure. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of accommodation solutions that achieve efficient and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage risk, scope, time cost and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Pursue and develop internal and external professional networks and collaborative working relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of resources and deliver results-driven projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in delivering major capital works projects and programs.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, management and negotiation.
  • Able to lead project teams and develop team member technical capability.
