We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project development, planning, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead project delivery from development and planning to completion, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
- Implement and operationalise governance frameworks as set by the organisation and client, ensuring consistent compliance and alignment across all project activities.
- Manage subcontractors and direct reports, providing clear direction, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining high standards of performance and safety.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including senior management, engineers, and field teams, to support smooth project execution and collaboration.
About You
You should have:
- A trade qualification and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field, as well as a minimum 5 years' experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in the electrical or utilities space.
- A formal Project Management qualification is desirable.
- Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and public space work environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to work across office and field locations.
