We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with a rotating roster, providing flexibility and variety in your work. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, allied health staff, and support workers, to ensure coordinated care and excellent patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute care setting
- Experience in leadership or charge nurse roles is ideal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
