Job Title: Senior Nursing Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse manager to lead our acute care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Masters degree in nursing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in nursing leadership
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
