Building Member Loyalty

As the central figure in our loyalty program, this role drives strategy in collaboration with senior leaders to propel member engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Elevate loyalty experiences – Design and implement compelling strategies that deliver value to members and foster brand loyalty.
- Lead digital innovation – Oversee the development of our loyalty app, enhancing user experience, features, and integration with our ecosystem while ensuring seamless interaction.
- Forge strategic partnerships – Identify and manage external alliances that create meaningful value for members and enhance our brand presence.
- Create engaging content – Develop captivating loyalty campaigns and content that stimulate interest and participation from our members.
- Inspire and motivate – Mentor and support a team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results-oriented outcomes.
- Foster member-centric initiatives – Design tailored programs, surprise & delight moments, and targeted strategies that increase member satisfaction and participation.
- Optimize performance metrics – Leverage data insights to monitor loyalty program performance, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
