About the Job

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Event Health Services (EHS) team. Your main responsibilities will include event coordination, administrative tasks for member onboarding and credentialing, document formatting, including medical record management, and email correspondence.

You will work closely with the EHS team to ensure smooth event execution and provide administrative support for the monthly Credentialing Committee, including letter creation, epaulette distribution, and system updates. You will also oversee uniform orders and maintain records across the state, including medical record management (electronic and paper).

You will assist with marketing efforts, format documents for EHS leadership, and provide general administrative assistance. You will manage the EHS inbox and support EHS Hub leaders with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage weekly event briefs for statewide events.
  • Attend ad-hoc meetings (including outside normal hours) and handle administration such as minute-taking, action tracking, agenda preparation, room setup, and catering.
  • Support EHS onboarding by ensuring smooth handover to the Onboarding Coordinator, including uniform ordering for new members.
  • Provide admin support for the monthly Credentialing Committee, including letter creation, epaulette distribution, and system updates.
  • Oversight of uniform orders and maintenance of records across the state, including medical record management (electronic and paper).
