Job Description:

We are seeking a senior finance leader to join our team as the Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and providing strategic advice on complex financial matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies
  • Providing financial guidance and support to various business groups
  • Overseeing financial operations, including unclaimed money responsibilities
  • Preparing consolidated year-end financial statements and work papers
  • Leading the statutory financial reporting and financial framework functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this challenging role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of managing large teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Considerable experience in direct management of large teams and ability to operate strategically across the business
  • A strong understanding of finance principles and practices, with the ability to provide strategic advice on complex financial matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability to think critically and solve complex problems
