Accident Underwriter Role

We are seeking an experienced underwriter to manage risk and build relationships with brokers across a panel of business.

About the Position

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and growing our broker partnerships, including underwriting, referrals, profitability, and distribution strategy.

  • Work closely with senior management to oversee all aspects of our broker partners.
  • Underwrite and manage Corporate Travel and Group Personal Accident Business.
  • Achieve new business, renewal retention, and loss ratio targets.
  • Conduct and achieve broker visitation targets for the segment/panel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in underwriting Accident and Health business and managing a broker portfolio.
  • Knowledge of Accident and Health products and underwriting processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
