Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the Hamilton area. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and sales team, creating visually appealing displays of our products, and ensuring our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively
  • Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in pre-agreed locations
  • Use impactful point-of-sale materials to generate shopper interest in our products
  • Ensure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
