Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders promptly and accurately.
  2. Enter customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly.
  4. Support key department activities, initiatives, and projects by providing expert guidance and resources as needed.
  5. Organize and process email orders in coordination with the Customer Service Team Leader, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
  6. Uphold the company's values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction, embodying a customer-first mindset at all times.
Requirements:
  1. A customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise exchange of information.
  3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high standards.
  4. Resilience, positivity, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies, embracing change and driving innovation.
  7. Previous experience in a customer service or order management role is highly desirable, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
