Job Opportunity:

This part-time Coordinator position involves supervising and guiding team members to provide efficient services to clients, including those with NDIS, Commonwealth Home and Support Programme (CHSP) Social Support, fee for service and brokerage clients.

About the Role

  • Coordinate the delivery of services according to relevant standards and policies
  • Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in consultation with clients
  • Roster, schedule, and approve shifts for team members
  • Update records and databases to ensure accurate information is stored correctly and accessible
  • Provide supervision, support, and guidance to team members
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent experience
  • Completed or willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • 1 year's experience in a similar role or industry
  • Customer-focused experience
  • Experience using Office 365

Additional Details
