Catering Assistant Position

At our residential facility, we are seeking a motivated Catering Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Description
  • Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, ordering supplies, and preparing meals according to dietary requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents by serving meals and snacks in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sweeping floors, and emptying trash.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent service during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food preparation, customer service, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
