Food Service Team Member Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Team Member to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and working effectively as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and Food Preparation:
  • Cook birria, tacos, and other menu items to a high standard.
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Assist with preparation work such as salsa, garnishes, and tortillas.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  • Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • General Operations:
  • Set up and pack down the food truck for events and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced food environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
