Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
  • Perform hearing screenings and maintain hearing aids with full training provided
  • Schedule appointments using the Simply Hearing system
  • Liaise with store partners to ensure seamless daily clinic operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A passion for making a meaningful impact on people's lives
  • Previous experience in fast-paced retail or customer service environments
  • Previous experience in Audiology, allied health preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy towards others
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Bluetooth and troubleshooting technology
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
