Outdoor Spaces Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Spaces Manager to maintain the beauty of our outdoor environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the grounds are safe, clean, and presented to a high standard
  • Performing a variety of gardening tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting
  • Undertaking regular maintenance of gardens, lawns, paths, and communal outdoor areas
  • Managing rubbish bin placement and waste disposal
  • Maintaining and safely operating gardening equipment and tools
  • Responding to ad hoc maintenance or gardening requests

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance
  • Sound knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative to maintain high presentation standards
  • A customer-friendly approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to undertake manual tasks (up to 15kg lifting)
