We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our gardening team. As a Garden Labourer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty of our gardens across residential properties on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About the Role:

  • This is an entry-level or early-experience position, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to develop a career in gardening or landscaping.
  • You will be assisting our experienced gardeners with general labour and garden maintenance tasks, including weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, and mowing.
  • Loading and unloading tools, green waste, and materials will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Keeping job sites clean and tidy is essential to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • You will also have the opportunity to learn proper use of tools and garden techniques on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, and mowing
  • Loading and unloading tools, green waste, and materials
  • Keeping job sites clean and tidy
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks
  • Learning proper use of tools and garden techniques on the job

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Punctuality, reliability, and good teamwork skills
  • A driver's licence (required)
  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general labouring is a bonus but not essential
