About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Officer to assist our Project Managers with project documentation, budgeting, and resource management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Financial Management: Analyze project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project updates and progress.
- Reporting: Prepare project reports and analysis to support Project Managers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the construction industry or local government is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
About the Role
This is a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension. As a Program Officer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our team.
