Job Title: Fleet, Finance and Lease Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our team as a Fleet, Finance and Lease Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide critical administrative and operational support across the company's national fleet, commercial lease, and finance functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling corporate credit card statements and distributing monthly credit card statements
  • Providing backup data entry for Accounts Payable and supporting invoice reconciliation
  • Maintaining the prepayments schedule to assist month-end journal entries
  • Supporting invoice processing for the Supply Chain team
  • Attaching asset invoices to records
  • Assisting in the procurement of materials as required
  • Reviewing fleet registration and CTP schedule on SharePoint
  • Assisting with vehicle registration transfers and plate changes as required
  • Infringement notice transfers
  • Insurance claim management
  • Toll tag management
  • Arranging new fleet and existing fleet appraisals where required
  • Assisting with facilities maintenance requests
  • Liaising with stakeholders and contractors to coordinate minor works and repairs
  • Maintaining a register of property issues and supporting ongoing upkeep

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, high accuracy of data entry and data management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
