Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the company's fleet of drivers and heavy vehicles, as well as developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tipper fleet, including safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position that requires an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer software, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities include:
- Driver and fleet management
- Equipment inspection
- Reviewing and managing driver behavior and performance
- Conducting safety meetings and regulatory audits
