We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Prosecutions and Education Lead, playing a pivotal part in supporting our legal and compliance functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering our prosecutions functions with efficiency and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Prosecution Management: Oversee the prosecution process, guaranteeing effective service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Training and Coaching: Provide expert guidance and coaching to enforcement officers, maintaining high standards of investigations.
- Customer Service and Leadership: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A tertiary qualification in law or a related field, such as Certificate IV in Municipal Law Enforcement or Diploma in Justice.
- Demonstrated experience in prosecutorial functions, including representation as an advocate.
- Proven facilitation and coaching skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Local Government regulations and legislation.
