Job Title:

Pet Care Expert

At Australia's leading specialty pet retailer, we're passionate about making the world a happier place through the love of pets As a Pet Care Expert at our stores, you'll help pet parents make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products.

Your Role :
  • Provide supervisory assistance to store leaders
  • Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, providing warm, genuine service
  • Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, meet business objectives, and follow best practices
  • Keep the store organized and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Handle opening and closing of the store along with associated security tasks

About You :
  • A natural love for animals and people
