We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Australia. Reporting to the Human Resources Associate Director, you will lead HR practices to foster an employee-orientated, high-performance culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic HR solutions for workforce challenges.
- Shaping strategic and operational advice using your HR knowledge.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Partner position.
- Prior experience in a consultancy, engineering, or legal firm environment.
- The right to work in Australia.
In terms of your interpersonal skills, we're looking for:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
