Junior Traffic Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving project flow from concept to completion.

As the heartbeat of our agency, you will manage workflow, resources, and timelines across multiple teams for our amazing clients.

  • Coordinate agency workflow process to ensure all projects move smoothly through each phase.
  • Support resource planning across creative and strategy teams.
  • Work with senior operations team to prioritize work, manage timelines, and enhance agency efficiencies.
  • Review and approve project schedules to ensure time frames are met and any changes are promptly communicated to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and escalate any bottlenecks.
  • Help ensure briefs are complete and teams are set up for success.
  • Track job progress and keep stakeholders informed, escalating when needed.
  • Troubleshoot delays, escalate issues, and use solutions-based approach to turn challenges into wins.
  • Support onboarding of freelancers and booking external suppliers where needed.
  • Support weekly WIPs with internal teams, maintaining job tracking and resourcing documents efficiently.
  • Manage agency Award submissions, collaborating with broader team on collating work and case study entries.
  • Unleash creative flair to manage agency social accounts, crafting and posting on-brand content.
  • Champion process and encourage best practice across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a creative advertising agency or equivalent in a Traffic/Project Management/Account Service role.

Key skills include being highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Strong communication skills, solution-finding abilities, and a keen eye for detail are also essential.
