Job Title: Global Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Employment Hero. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global brand strategy, leading a cross-functional team of local content marketers, social media, and events specialists, and driving the creation of bold, innovative, and socially-led campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
  • Lead a cross-functional team of local content marketers, social media, and events specialists to create and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Leadership Team across all of our markets to share best practices and drive consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
  • Work closely with designers and performance teams to bring creative and bold campaigns to life
  • Continuously assess and report on effectiveness and ROI of brand campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years total) in a fast-paced marketing environment, ideally within an agency delivering innovative, highly creative, and socially-led campaigns, or within a startup/scaleup that has achieved significant growth
  • Hands-on experience leading high-performance content/brand teams, including brand strategy and execution
  • A track record of creating and delivering campaigns that have hit the headlines or created significant action
  • Ability to transform social channels and lead campaigns that become famous
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (such as SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media, Affiliate, and Email) as well as non-digital channels
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology such as Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, and/or Marketo would be a bonus
