About the Role

QSIC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (IoT Operations) to join their APAC Operations team.

This role will involve monitoring and maintaining IoT device fleets, performing QA testing, conducting deep-dive log analysis, and executing network troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will have experience with Linux CLI, networking fundamentals, and client-facing technical experience.

They will also be able to communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for building new ways of working and creating efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of technical systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert support.
  • Drive innovation and process automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
