Construction Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation and execution to close-out. This will involve working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and opportunities are maximised.
About the Role- Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements.
- Administer claims, variations, EOTs, and progress payments.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and compliance.
- Support project cost reporting and ensure accurate documentation of variations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth project delivery.
This position requires:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Experience in Australian standard construction contracts and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
