About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Materials Mixer Operator to join our team at Adbri Concrete & Quarries. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality premixed concrete, aggregates, and road base products to our customers.

Based at our Littlehampton site, this full-time permanent opportunity offers an exciting chance to develop your skills and expand your career prospects in the construction materials industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain automated systems for dispensing pre-mixed concrete to agitator trucks
  • Manage inventory and reconcile raw materials to ensure optimal production levels
  • Maintain mobile equipment and perform basic plant maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards to guarantee a safe working environment
