Job Title: Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

This is a key leadership position in our Estimating Team, where you will lead the end-to-end estimating process on projects, directing the production of quantity surveying and estimating deliverables.

You will be responsible for producing technical documents, applying industry expertise autonomously with minimal guidance.

This includes managing and delivering work across multiple projects simultaneously, developing and implementing project execution plans, including verification and review of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end estimating process on a project, directing the production of quantity surveying and estimating deliverables.
  • Be responsible for producing technical documents, applying industry expertise autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to manage and deliver work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including verification and review of procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through proactive planning.
  • Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
  • Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams, as well as technical leaders, to plan, develop, deliver, and operate a range of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Recommend changes to current or new directions, ensuring we apply the latest technical developments.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of junior QS/Estimators within your specialist discipline.
