About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our Claro Aged Care & Disability Services group. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day employment relations advice and support to managers and employees
  • Interpret and implement Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act
  • Conduct workplace investigations with a focus on procedural fairness
  • Assist line managers with staff performance management and development
  • Develop and implement P&C initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
About You
  • Proven experience in employment relations or a related field, preferably in a service sector
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
