We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions for significant transformation initiatives.
- Developing strategic roadmaps that integrate multiple solution and cyber designs.
- Managing and mentoring teams of architects.
- Delivering fit-for-purpose architectures for complex projects.
- Providing leadership on program and cyber strategies.
- Facilitating technical decision-making and chairing architecture forums.
- Presenting project solutions for approval at governance councils.
Skill and Experience we seek:
- At least 10 years' experience as a lead architect, with a proven track record in solution development.
- Strong technical and architectural background in delivering large-scale, complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in leading and managing architecture teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent IT qualification (mandatory).
- Experience in fraud detection and compliance improvement programs, with cloud and security expertise highly desirable.
