Ensuring exceptional quality is paramount in our maritime operations. As a Quality Control Hull Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying that all work performed adheres to established standards and specifications throughout the prototyping and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assurance that robust Quality Control processes are in place and operating effectively within the business area.
  • Regular review of delivery of quality plans and provision of value-added cost metrics for the project, ensuring minimal rework.
  • Review and monitor all quality records required (work packs, manufacturer's data reports, mandatory planned maintenance items, Closing Reports and Task Progression Completion Certificates) to ensure acceptance by the customer.
  • Coordinate completion of Preliminary Material Review and contribute towards the Material Review Board.
  • Offer quality support and guidance to other departments while fostering open communication and teamwork to problem-solve and create a high-quality culture.
  • Mentor and coach production staff and suppliers on required workmanship levels as defined by product drawings, specifications, standards, and policies, promoting a "right first time" approach.
