Lead Enterprise Risk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-thinking professional to lead our enterprise risk management efforts. As the Director of Enterprise Risk Advisory, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive risk framework that aligns with our organization's strategic objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and direction on all aspects of enterprise risk management, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop strategies to address them.

  • Develop and implement an enterprise risk management framework that is aligned with our organization's strategic priorities.
  • Provide risk advisory support across all business operations, including treasury, insurance, and financial advisory functions.
  • Offer strategic advice and insights to inform credit risk appetite and parameters.
  • Shape and communicate our organization's risk appetite, and embed it in operational decision-making.
  • Promote a values-based and enabling approach to risk across all levels of the organization.

You will have significant experience in enterprise risk, ideally within financial markets, treasury, insurance or government. Proven ability to lead organizational change and uplift risk capability is essential. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage competing priorities, is also crucial.
