Scheduling Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced mobile operations coordinator to join our organization. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for coordinating mobile technicians and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Process customer supplied products in accordance with our management system
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with technicians and customers
  • Maintain accurate records on the database
  • Organise 3rd party requirements and follow-ups

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Punctuality and organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • A current driver's licence
