We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at FindStaff. As the main point of contact between our customers and Service Technicians, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

  • Liaise with Service Technicians to coordinate new and used machine sale preparation jobs and used equipment refurbishments.
  • Finalize work costs and invoices for service work orders.
  • Organize final work orders to be sent to customers.
  • Assist customers and representatives at the service counter.
  • Participate in the efficient operation of the department.
  • Oversee the completion of all used equipment refurbishment jobs in accordance with established procedures.

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automotive or Engineering industry.
  • A varied skillset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
