Job Opportunity: HSSE Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join our team at Clough Group, delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HSSE procedures and manuals are compliant with company and project requirements.
  • Conduct HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel.
  • Ensure safety equipment and PPE are readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.
  • Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to working on large-scale construction projects or mining operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices.
