Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Certificate IV Registered Builder to undertake contract building inspections and provide detailed reports in the Newcastle and Hunter region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled builder to work on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to choose their days of work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to operate a tablet reporting system, and possess a sound understanding of presentation and approachability.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct thorough building inspections, prepare detailed reports, and maintain strong communication with clients. They will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, including being well-presented and equipped to handle various situations.

Key Requirements
  • A Certificate IV registered builder's licence
  • Strong communication and personal presentation skills
  • Good computer skills and the ability to operate a tablet reporting system
  • A sound understanding of presentation and approachability
  • Availability for a minimum of 1-2 days per week
