About This Role:

This is a fixed term 6-month contract position for an Accounts Payable Officer. You will play a crucial part in our North Ryde Corporate Office. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting efficiency in processing high-volume invoices using our SAP systems.
  • Prioritizing workflows to ensure timely payments.
  • Providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with various CSR divisions.
  • Taking ownership of exciting AP-related projects as they arise.

Key Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
- Previous experience in processing high volumes of Purchase Orders.
- Experience working with SAP is essential.
- VIM experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for meeting deadlines are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
