Accounts Payable Officer Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a fast growing manufacturing business as an Accounts Payable Officer. The role will be part of the finance team and reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple Business Units and ERPs for full function Accounts Payable
  • Entering approved and coded invoices into system for payment
  • Preparing EFT payment runs
  • Managing Accounts Payable Mailbox for all business units that you manage

About the Role:

As an experienced AP professional, you will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ year's AP experience
  • Has worked in a fast paced and high volume environment before
