This is a full-time traineeship where you will learn the administration basics to set yourself up in a career. The position is entry-level, making it ideal for school leavers. We are happy to interview now and wait until the end of the school year for you to commence.

What would this involve?

  • You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract and hosted to the accountancy firm.
  • Full-time hours.
  • Full entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year.
  • Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainers.
  • You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
  • Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.

Duties would include:

  • Filing and document control;
  • Clerical duties, including telephone, collation, and preparation of confidential documents, archiving, stock control, banking, and daily outgoing and incoming mail;
  • Customer service and general reception duties.

Wage:

  • National Training Wage Applies.
