The RoleAs a senior member of our Corporate and International Tax team, you will play a key role in providing specialist tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, with a focus on mid-market businesses. You will work closely with a Partner to manage and deliver assignments, develop the skills of more junior team members, and build lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to accelerate their career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review tax advice, reports, and other client documents
- Implement tax structuring strategies and provide guidance on tax compliance
- Conduct tax due diligence reviews and provide advice on sale and purchase agreements
- Supervise and mentor junior employees to ensure high-quality work
- Participate in business development activities to promote the firm and its services
- Contribute to the development of service line strategy
- Minimum 4-5 years of management experience in Corporate Tax or Private Clients Tax
- CA or law qualification, or tertiary qualification in Tax
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong research and business analysis skills
- Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
