Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring we attract top talent.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment advice and manage external talent attraction strategies.
- Driving internal mobility for career growth and advising on best practice, influencing data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with teams to deliver a seamless experience for our candidates.
We welcome interest from candidates based in Sydney and Melbourne. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with our facilities and build relationships with key leaders.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract-level roles, ensuring a smooth experience for both hiring managers and candidates. You'll advise and influence leaders on effective solutions for their recruitment needs, while providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
You'll also:
- Leveraging multiple data sources to produce relevant market insights and inform data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Engaging passive talent via proactive sourcing, mapping relevant skills and building talent pools for key focus areas.
- Deeply understanding our EVP and bringing it to life in a meaningful way for each candidate.
- Supporting hiring managers to navigate our recruitment processes, understand approaches for attracting top talent and assess candidates effectively.
- Educating on internal mobility and DE&I initiatives, identifying and promoting internal talent for career progression.

You'll need:
- Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner, having worked within a TA function, RPO, executive search or recruitment agency environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage confidently with senior leaders and build valuable relationships across diverse teams.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with market trends, technology and tools (including AI) and best practices in talent acquisition.
