About the Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide support and care to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will deliver personalized services based on individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer person-centred care approaches in all interactions with residents
  • Take into account residents' individual requirements, stage of life, development, and strengths when engaging in supportive activities
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
