About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane, working with Personal Injuries clients. You will be a key member of our team, providing expert advice and legal services to individuals in need.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to social justice, you will work closely with our stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, based in our Brisbane CBD office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal services to Personal Injuries clients, including drafting written communications, attending court hearings, and reviewing records.
  • Work effectively with our team to deliver high-quality results and excellent client service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with referrers and other external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team success and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a lawyer, preferably in Personal Injuries law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, and CTP Claims.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant procedural rules and laws.
